This policy explains what information Easysand (easysand.lat and its area code subdomains) collects, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information shown on the Site

Area code, exchange, city and ZIP data comes from public government sources (NANPA and the U.S. Census Bureau). Names, businesses and addresses shown with phone numbers are compiled automatically and are not verified subscriber records. If you want a listing removed or corrected, see "Your choices" below.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, we collect what you enter: the reason for your message, your name (optional), email address, the phone number of a listing (if you give one) and your message. We also record the IP address, browser user agent and time of the submission to prevent abuse.

We use this information only to reply to you, handle your request and protect the Site from spam. We do not sell it and do not share it with third parties except when required by law.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Like most websites, our servers log requests, including IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. We use logs to operate and secure the Site.
• Searches. Phone number searches run in your browser. When you search a full number, it is sent to our server in the page address to open the right area code page.
• Cookies. The Site does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
• Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads. See Google's privacy policy.

Your choices

• Remove or correct a listing: send a request through the contact form with the phone number. We review every request.
• Access or delete your contact form data: send a request through the contact form from the same email address.

California and other state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to delete it and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, use the contact form.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Retention

We keep contact form messages only as long as needed to handle your request and protect the Site, and we delete older messages on a rolling basis.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
